Jeppstones have collaborated with our partners at DataBotics to create a new mobile app for the NHS.

The Friends and Family Test Mobile App allows patients to easily record their level of satisfaction with a provider on a tablet. The solution, shown below in a GP Surgery, can also be used during appointments, either in a clinical setting or in the community, by simply passing a tablet or mobile phone to the patient.

It provides questions in multiple languages to encourage uptake from as many patients as possible.

The FFT Mobile App is supported by a UXL DeepDive dashboard allowing organisations to monitor trends and identify areas of concern to help drive performance.

Already being utilised by 4 NHS organisations since its launch in 2018, UXL DeepDive is proving to be an effective low cost BI Solution that is gaining traction within the Healthcare sector.
