Since 2020, Jeppstones have provided Power BI consultancy to 3 NHS Trusts.

Working directly with NHS Executive Team members and Senior Clinicians we have delivered dashboards that have concentrated on Theatres Utilisation, Incident Management and Patient Activity such as waiting lists.

Our long-standing experience of extracting data from widely-used Patient Administration Systems, Electronic Patient Record and Incident Management systems means that we are able to quickly build data models that drive the Power BI reports and dashboards. This enables Medical Staff and Corporate staff to easily identify areas of concern and monitor performance and improvement.

Data has been consumed from a variety of platforms and products such as SQL Server, MS Excel, MS Access and JSON. We have also built bespoke Gantt Charts using R-Script to monitor Theatres Case progression for each Theatre Session.

We have also provided our Power BI services to overseas governmental organisations as well as private companies.
